Platform Operator
YachtSpot.me is operated by „YACHTSPOT“ – DRUŠTVO SA OGRANIČENOM ODGOVORNOŠĆU TIVAT, a Društvo sa ograničenom odgovornošću registered in Montenegro. Registered office: Trg Dara Petkovića 8, Tivat, Tivat, Montenegro. PIB: 04412303. Company registration number: 5-0137696/001.
Marketplace Role
YachtSpot.me provides listing, discovery, messaging, and contact tools. YachtSpot.me is not a broker, captain, surveyor, insurer, escrow provider, or party to user transactions unless expressly stated in writing.
Accounts
Users must provide accurate registration information and keep login credentials secure. Public Sign Up creates a personal account. Brokers, agencies, crew, schools, yacht owners publishing supply, and service providers register separately through YachtSpot Partners and must complete the applicable verification before publishing.
Listings
Users are responsible for listing accuracy, lawful ownership or authority to list, pricing, images, vessel condition, availability, and compliance with applicable marine, tax, consumer, customs, and advertising laws.
Free Listing Limits
Included active listing quotas are 1 for verified private sellers, crew, or captains, 3 for verified brokers, 5 for verified agencies, and 2 for verified school or service provider accounts. Pending professional accounts cannot publish active supply. Additional active listings require a paid plan, time-limited entitlement, or moderator-granted bonus.
Contacts And Messaging
Messages, contact reveals, external listing opens, search, and favorites are not product-limited. Paid plans apply to creating, activating, and promoting listings. Payments remain disabled until checkout is connected.
Messaging
Users may message listing owners through YachtSpot. Messages must not contain fraud, harassment, unlawful content, spam, or requests to bypass safety measures.
External Listings
External listings are imported from third-party sources. YachtSpot.me does not control external pages and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, pricing, or transactions.
Prohibited Use
Users must not submit false listings, stolen images, unlawful goods, malware, scraping abuse, impersonation, payment fraud, discriminatory content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
Liability
The platform is provided on an MVP basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YachtSpot.me is not liable for user transactions, vessel condition, charter outcomes, delivery disputes, or third-party services.
Changes
YachtSpot.me may update these terms as the marketplace evolves. Material changes should be communicated through the platform or by email where required.
